Eligibility

1.Registration with the Professional Engineers Board (“PEB”) Singapore.

Applicants shall have a license to provide professional engineering services in Singapore issued by the PEB in each of the civil, electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines to be eligible to participate in the tender.

A copy of the valid practicing certificates shall be submitted with this application.

2.Singapore Government Supplier Registration of Supply Head: EPU/SER/34; Financial Grade: S6

3.Applicants shall have multi-disciplinary technical competencies, experience and expertise in the design engineering, construction supervision and inspections, testing & commissioning (T&C) and performance testing of diesel storage tanks and seawater pumping facilities.

Relevant track records on similar projects which are in operation shall be submitted.

4.Applicants shall not be debarred from participating in public or private-sector projects in Singapore. For Consortium, each Consortium member shall not be debarred from participating in public or private-sector projects in Singapore.

5.Familiarize with Singapore Codes of Practice, Regulatory requirements and Authority Submission requirements.

6.Applicants shall have qualified Environmental Safety & Health personnel certified by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, and experienced Civil & Structural engineer with extensive site work experience, both of whom shall be based at site full-time.

7.Proficient in conversing, reading and writing in English.

Site Show-round

Site show-round is compulsory (by appointment) : Not later than 5 Apr 2019 (Friday) @ 8.30amto 5.00pm(Singapore Time).

Tender Purchase Information

A. For bidders who have offices in Singapore, tender document can be purchased from Tuas Power Station, 60 Tuas South Avenue 9, Singapore 637607,from Monday to Friday except Public Holidays between 8.30am to 5.00pm (after the compulsory site-showround).

Please note that tender document fee is SGD$107 (inclusive of 7% Goods and Services Tax) and is not refundable. It has to be made in either cash (in exact amount) or crossed cheque payable to “Tuas Power Generation Pte. Ltd.”.

B. For bidders who do not have offices in Singapore and wish to participate in this tender exercise and purchase tender document (after the compulsory site-showround), please contact the following persons formore information:

Tuas Power Generation Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any application without having to assign any reason for its decision. All costs and expenses incurred in connection with these applications shall be borne by the applicants.
