Eligibility

1.Main Contractor must be registered with Building Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore under Mechanical & Electrical Workhead ME 11, Grade L6 (unlimited Tendering Limits)

2.Possess BCA Certificate of License for General Builder Class 1 and BizSAFE Star certification

3.Have resources available to support a project of this size in Singapore

4.Familiarize with Singapore Codes of Practice, Regulatory requirements and Authority Submission requirements

5.Proficient in conversing, reading and writing in English

Site Show-round

Site show-round is compulsory (by appointment). Note: Site showround for Singapore-based contractors is scheduledon 5 April (Fri) @ 10am (Singapore Time).

Tender Purchase Information

A. For bidders who have offices in Singapore, tender document can be purchased from Tuas Power Station, 60 Tuas South Avenue 9, Singapore 637607,

from Monday to Friday except Public Holidays between 8.30am to 5.00pm (after the compulsory site-showround).

Please note that tender document fee is SGD$535 (inclusive of 7% Goods and Services Tax) and is not refundable.

It has to be made in either cash (in exact amount) or crossed cheque payable to “Tuas Power Generation Pte. Ltd.”.

B. For bidders who do not have offices in Singapore and wish to participate in this tender exercise and purchase tender document

(after the compulsory site-showround), please contact the following persons for further information:

Tuas Power Generation Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any application without having to assign any reason for its decision.

All costs and expenses incurred in connection with these applications shall be borne by the applicants.
